Well if you have a cute small face then it’ll definitely look cute on you c; Ive only seen light-skinned girls with it, and they always look good . And in my opinion if you want a smiley, it would be better to just have a smiley than to have your lip pierced and a smiley cause it looks like to much metal on your face, especially if you have the horseshoe earring in your lip, it’ll just look weird ^.^
